Client submissions land in your inbox and move through a six-column pipeline: New, Reviewing, Needs info, Accepted, Scheduled, Completed. A view of the inktake Requests board. Client submissions are sorted into six columns: New, Reviewing, Needs info, Accepted, Scheduled and Completed. Each card shows the client name, a short summary of the tattoo they want, a design preview, the artist it is assigned to, and an unread message count. Owners drag a card from one column to the next to move a request through the pipeline.
Calendar and sync
Every booked session, on the calendar you already use.
Scheduled requests land on a clean week grid, each block showing the client, the piece, the artist, and the time, and taps straight through to the full request. Connect Google Calendar once and every booking writes straight there, with reschedules and cancellations kept in sync. Set your weekly studio hours and you get a heads-up whenever a slot falls outside them.
Google Calendar, two-way
inktake writes, updates, and removes its own booking events on your Google Calendar, and reads your free/busy to warn you before a double-book. It does not pull your other events onto this grid.
Apple and Outlook, one-way
Subscribe to a private, unguessable feed link. It is read-only and refreshes on your calendar app's own schedule, so new bookings can take a few hours to appear. Disconnect Google in one click whenever you like.

- Segments from toggles, not queries: returning clients, lapsed regulars, deposit holders, or any booking stage. Save one to reuse.
- Write once with {name} and {studio} tokens. A live preview shows the email each client will read, and a pre-send check confirms every field resolves before you can send.
